





Dr. George H. Pommert received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University. While there, his academic success allowed him to be inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honorary society. He then attended dental school at Ohio State University and received his D.D.S. degree there. After serving in the U.S. Army, Dr. Pommert returned to begin a general dental practice in Washington C.H. A few years later, he returned to Ohio State University as a full time student in the Graduate Orthodontic Department. After attaining his Master of Science degree in Orthodontics, Dr. Pommert returned to Washington C.H. and began a full time practice as an Orthodontic Specialist. During these years as an orthodontist, Dr. Pommert has also continued his close association with the O.S.U. Orthodontic Department by continuing to teach there for two days a month as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
Dr. Pommert currently has his orthodontic office located at 1450 Columbus Avenue, Suite 101, in Washington C.H. (This is the 2 story building behind the Fayette County Hospital.) Office hours are 9:00 A.M. to 4:45 P.M. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The office is closed on Wednesday.
